Wendy's

I go to this Wendy's at least 4 out of 7 days a week for their apple pecan chicken salad and I give them five stars. No establishment is perfect. You hire new people and you have to train them etc. What I am saying is they deserve the same respect and patience hat we want. Love my Wendy's on Broadway.

Waited at the drive thru window. No one answered. Employees were in the back telling stories. Oh well

Ordered food in the lobby got home order was correct I called and the first person I talked to must have high or something he obviously wasn't paying attention to what I was saying.. called back to speak to a manager and she was speaking way to fast and I could barely understand her English

I would not recommend this particular Wendy's. We used the drive thru and was given the wrong orders, after getting what I thought was the correct orders we quickly got on the freeway to head home to Rochester and enjoy the food, only to find out we did not get the bacon on the burgers and they basically were slopped together and the buns fell apart. Horrible waste of $15.00 They didn't give us a receipt in the bag or napkins so no luck for us to complain directly to Wendy's Home Office.

I never even got to order. After waiting in mine$s for 13 min and only 2 people had orderedy andcthe line was not moving. I decided to leave. And i was bummed. I love wendys. But not that one.
