Normally service is okay. A little slower than some places. Last visit left me baffled.... An hour from closing time, and I couldn't order the one thing I wanted. Several items could not be ordered and saw several people turned away because they didn't have items available for purchase. I do not understand this business model. I don't go there often, and this experience is not going to make me want to return any time soon.
