Usually the fries are the best. But this time the fries were hard and burnt. Very disappointed because I have always loved Wendy's. Again I am at Wendy's for my favorite the Double Baconator. For the first time in my life I got 2 dried up burgers that were 1/3 the normal size. What's going on Wendy's? Never have I had problems at Wendy's like I have in 2017. It takes me an hour to get to Olean and when I do it's Wendy's everytime. But you're killing it for me.

Decent spot. Drive through can be slow. Food is usually decent.

Busy but pretty good. My baconator was a little short on Bacon but they were pretty swamped at the time so it is somewhat understandable.

Was ok they seemed not well organized, it was not what it use to be. Food was good. I think there was a management problem.
