We only go through the drive through so I can't speak to the interior or washrooms. But the service is typically fast and the workers polite. Food is in par, maybe a little better, than other Wendy's we've been to. Our usual choice for lunch on the go
Wendy’s Lacombe – Saving Mornings One Frosty-tino at a TimennI was heading to the local dump around 10:30 AM and figured I’d treat myself to a coffee and breakfast—because, you know, it’s the morning. Naturally, I stopped by Tim Hortons… you’d think they’d have that covered, right?nnWrong.nnThey had no coffee, no Iced Capp, not even breakfast. Just a sad shelf of donuts and a shrug from the staff. It’s literally Tim Hortons—how are you out of coffee in the morning?nnDisappointed and caffeine-deprived, I walked next door to Wendy’s, and let me tell you—Wendy’s saved the day. I grabbed a Dave’s Double Burger Meal yes, for breakfast, no regrets and tried a Frosty-ccino their version of an Iced Capp. It was a little on the sweet side, but it actually hit the spot—and at least they had it in stock.nnWendy’s in Lacombe was fast, friendly, and fully stocked—everything Tim Hortons wasn’t.nMoral of the story? Skip the sad donuts and broken promises. Wendy’s is the real MVP.
Food would be rated a 4 because Wendy's is always good. The disappointment is the food does not represent what I received.nnESPECIALLY THE CHEESE AND CHIPS, first of all I saved you cost by only asking for cheese and not the chilli on my nachos. In gratitude, you literally only filled half the container with nachos and cheese. I literally counted 10 nacho chips and cheese for almost $3. Are you kidding me, literally 10 chips and let's say there is two chips I can see so that's 12 chips, $3 really.nnI dare any Wendy's to display this picture on their menu as the item for nachos.nnI certainly expect a call back!!
The last two times I went to this location, I was shortchanged. The cashier needs re-training and needs to learn how to count change back to people and give them a receipt. Plus she gets distracted after you give her cash and goes off to do something else first.
One of the worse Wendy’s I have stopped. Ordered Dave’s single combo. The meat was cold. Fries were cold. Pop was awful tasting. Took fries back and waited for a while then went back and finally got hot fries. Salads were delicious.
