We went through the drive thru bought a spicy chicken sandwich. Brought it home bit into it. Thought the consistency was strange checked the sand which to find it’s raw! The batter was cooked but it was raw inside. And I swallowed it. OMG.
Came through drive-thru and ordered a couple chicken wraps as well as a chicken sandwich. We were told we had to wait for chicken which wasn’t a problem but when we finally got our food the chicken piece on the wraps were non existent maybe at best there was a bite of chicken. It was basically pita, lettuce and the chicken sandwich maybe had a small slice of tomato… super disappointed as I have always liked coming to Wendy’s and probably won’t be coming back if this goes on
Closed during regular business hours for a staff party? No signage posted on the drive-thru for anyone to see... Maybe posted on the door, but im not going to see that going through the drive-thrunnSure throw a staff party... but to shut down the store at 6pm? This is wild and by far a poor management technique. Edit: Judging by the sheer volume of 1 star reviews, I can see a trend here...nnWell... last time I pass by here.nGuess I'll take my business to where it's wanted.
Went to the drive through and made sure to ask for no onions and no pickles in the 2 burgers. When I got home both contained pickles and onions and I was missing an item. Called the store the manager was great took my information and said the entire order would be compensated next time I go in. A week and a half later went back and another person was there claiming the manager only put one burger on credit. They ended up doing the whole meal which was appreciated. I just think better communication and attention to detail needs some work. I get it most of the staff are teens. I’m just glad that they did do their best to rectify the situation
