I had the best experience tonight with the wonderful kind woman working the drive through, she was sooooo nice and really made my bad day so much better.
Went in drive thru and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the food to come out. When it came out, it wasn’t even what I’d ordered. Still ate it anyway since I’m not too picky. Had to spit part of my poutine out though cause they decided to give me the nasty over burnt fries from the fryer.
Hacking darts is more important than simply serving food. Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for cold food, no receipt and a shitty attitude. Won't be back to this location.
I ordered a burger with 3 toppings and they managed to screw it up not once, but twice, in different ways. Incredible. Had to walk away before they screwed it up for the 3rd time. Just brutal and there was no one in the drive thru and almost no one in the restaurant. Not like they were under pressure.
My family and I stopped by for lunch and Ruby took our drive through order. Her customer service skills were amazing as she was so cheerful and patient. She definitely made our day!
