I boarded 3* or 4*. Our visit was 1:30pm on a Sunday. Server was super polite. Food was fresh and good.nnThe wheelchair parking and the ramp don’t make any sense. The parking spot is far from the ramp and the ramp is far from the door.nnThe women’s washroom has a wheelchair sign on the door but not a chance a wheelchair is fitting in there. It’s a newer establishment and I am surprised these things are allowed. Big fail Wendy’s.nnThere is another family washroom which is completely accessible. But why put the sign on all the washrooms when they are not?nnOk. We noticed after we left they have two great accessible spots at the front of the restaurant with a ramp in a good location. If you’re in a wheelchair. Park there.
I came around 9 pm. I ordered 5 nuggets, small fries and a poutine with 2 drinksnnNuggets were fresh really good. My small fries was half empty and very hard well done. I asked for it to be remade. He gave me another small fries still hard and well done. Not good fries.. sucked because my 3 year old was crying for fries. I assume the oil needed to be changed.
I’m a DoorDash Driver and the service has delayed my deliveries multiple times. The orders aren’t ready or even started when I get there and it has hindered my own reviews. This is a serious issue. It’s happened over 10 times just today not including every other day and it’s getting a little ridiculous.
We always go to this Wendy’s as it’s close to home and are always so happy but with the service but tonight the good service was lacking. The lady at the speaker sounded like she did not want to be there, our order was wrong, drink sizes wrong and fries. They were not very friendly and apologetic about it. When I got home I wondered if she inputted it wrong or the runner took the wrong sizes, but they inputted it incorrectly. Hopefully the right person sees this, other than that always an excellent location!
On Saturday evening, we tried the NEW Chicken wrap. It comes with 2 pieces and they call them Snack size. My boyfriend and I got 1 and shared it. Within a 1/2 hour he wasn't feeling well, had to go to the bathroom multiple time that night and all the next day. He also had heartburn and burping all day. I had bad gas about an hour later and all night and the next day too. I did have to go to the bathroom many times all the next day.nnI would guess the grilled chicken was not fully cooked. And we both suffered food poisoning. Hopefully tomorrow we both will feel better.nnWill definitely not be getting the grilled chicken wrap again.nnDon't recommend others try it also. It was not as tasty as expected. Had fries with the order. We just needed a snack to tide us over. But it won't be another wrap for sure.
