The wait was over 35 min to get food. The staff thought it was funny that everyone was waiting. Was very dirty on counter , floor etc . Staff struggled to understand orders at till . Brutal stop for fast food!! Never againFood: 2/5
Absolutely lack of care from the staff here. Specifically asked for no cheese due to an allergy and still received cheese on my burger. Brought it to their attention, the one guy looked at the shift supervisor, with a look of "do I really have to do this"... then no apologies or nothing, not even from the supervisor, he proceeds to throw out the burger in the garbage, he then makes the new burger and tosses it on the counter in a bag. Some of the worst customer service here. I think you guys need to retrain your staff on customer service.
Whatever you do, do not stop here! And if you must, do not under any circumstances use the Wendy’s drive thru window. I stopped by on a Saturday lunchtime and spent 25 minutes in line - the line moved to so slowly that I was able to stop my car twice, get out and walk my dog. When I asked them if they were okay, they said there 3 people working, and this was the speed the worked at. No apology, no other explanation. Food was standard issue and at serving temperature.
Stopped on a Monday night, placed our order at 8:15 and waited over 15 minutes for 2 Jr burgers and a poutine. Had to ask them to remake it because when they gave us our food, we realized that it was the bag that had been sitting on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes. We watched 3 big orders get handed out before ours. Unbelievable.
Unfortunately, Wendy's is Wendy's, but it's definitely a step above McDonald'sFood: 4/5
The speed of service was slow. There was a lady who waited in line for about 10 minutes, not including time, waiting at the counter to order, and she gave up and went elsewhere because nobody served her or even acknowledged her.Food: 5/5
Almost 9pm at a 24hr service centre and all restaraunts are closed aside from garbage over priced tim hortons. Almost remember when Wendys used to be open late
Lisa is always polite and dedicated to her job at Wendy's. We are there almost every weekday morning and she always greets us with a friendly hello and makes sure our order is perfect.Food: 5/5
We arrive at 8 55pm and they close?!?!??! What kind of service station off the hey is this?? Are Canadians getting lazy or what?!??!!? Covid I'd over amd people are traveling. Plus I noticed it's filthy in there. Save your money and go elsewhereService: 1/5
Accused my mom of lying when her food came out wrong then get mad at her when they had to give her the correct order. They also put a baconator in our bag that we didn’t order. Steer clear at all costs. I’d go to subway but it was closedFood: 2/5
