Food is ok as expected. Considering the other businesses are different fast-food/convinience store, they don't have any direct competitor, so it is good that the food is fresh at lunch time, reasonable wait time and comparable to other Wendy's. Service is however not the best. Tried to ask if the combo's soft drink could be replaced by a coffee which cost 1.99 vs smallest soft drink 2.29 and being told yes but got charged more for the items separately rather than the combo in the end. Maybe got confused by saying trio instead of combo. Sitting area is clean and retro vibe, lots of places.
Guy at the cash at 12:29 pm on April 10th could not be more unfriendly. Frowning and a sour face while we ordered. Wow, put in a little effort or get someone else.Food: 3/5
Absolutely ridiculous sat in a drive through for 25 minutes waiting for 2 drinks , unn acceptable management needs to give their head a shake
I stopped at the "on the route" to get some lunch for my family. There was a long line but we thought we would stick it out. The staff were very friendly and processed the line quickly. The food was great. My son loved the kids meal chicken nuggets. It was a great value and made for a nice rest stop.
LONGEST WAIT EVER! MY husband waited over 35 mins for our order. No matter how busy it may be, customers should never have to wait that long. Ridiculous

Food was good. Service was very slow, 2 people in front of us and no one behind us, took around 15 minutes to get our food still. Had to be at least 10 people behind us when we were done ordering.
Waited over 30 mins for a baconantor burger to find out that they had their bacon machine break? No one told us anything until we finally asked Bethany what’s going on while sitting there staring at them for 25 minutes. If I knew the bacon was out of commission I would’ve been fine with another option since I was starving and hoping to jump back on the road sooner. Poor service all around I would recommend hiring staff with a bit more common sense knowledge. Also the bacon they gave me did not go well with my stomach at all. Not sure how it was made…….
Amazing service, great quality foods, and orders don't take long. Lovely.
For a Wendy's it was very good. Had a delicious spicy burger, bacon and cheese baked potato, and frosty-cino! The burger was a bit dry. I think the frosty-cino is a great addition to their menu.
