Mentioned they had charged the wrong amount . Rather than correct it he said oh yes mention it beforehand and they will correct it rather than fixing it for me. The drive through no longer has a screen that shows what your order is and what they are charging you to clarify any errors ahead so how is that suggestion even possible. Very unfortunate experience was my favorite Wendy's location now service is not what it used to be.
Decently clean, friendly staff, sometimes the bread on the food is a bit stale and crumbly but not always, night time it’s pretty empty but pleasant
Often there is a lineup at the drive through. As I see it, the cashier's window is always closed, so the order taker, the cashier, and often the person bringing the food to me is the same person. Makes for a very slow process in ordering, paying, and receiving my order. The food is good, but the service is not of the same quality. The staff are rushed, and don't even have the time to offer sincere hospitality comments to customers. Parking: Most of the available parking is located on the south side, and customers from that side have to cross the drive through lane in order to enter the restaurant.
I had a horrible experience tonight. The man at the window was just down right rude and miserable he had a man bun with no hairnet. They served us ice cold fries after we had waited 10 mins for food. We said no tomato because of an allergy and they still put tomato on the burger. And just the service in general was horrid. I’ve never had this bad of an experience here before. But tonight was my last straw. I get it I’ve worked fast food but that was just down right an awful experience… Dietary restrictions: Allergy.
I was in a hurry then so went into store and service was quick and correct. Food is always good. When we work we prefer stopping at Wendy's. Thanks againFood: 5/5
Super fast service, hot and tasty food through drive through. I'm giving it 3 stars because I didn't get any napkins in my bag and no receipt to submit to work for a $16 baconator combo with large fries. For $16, I'd expect napkins and a receipt. Otherwise, way better than any of the Wendy's in Kitchener-Waterloo
You get what you ordered. For fast food it's healthier than most and gives you more healthy individual options if you just want a snack. The Apple pecan salad is great if you get the pecans. Dressing helps too. As you can guess the server that I got forgot both. I had to go to the counter twice to get them. That is why the 2 stars.
I have never seen a washroom so disgusting. It was so bad I couldn't use it or even wash my hands . I told the person on cash and got no response so after I picked up my order mentioned it again but nothing was done about it . I bet it's still like that . That's going to be my last wendys experience in Stratford. NEVER EVER AGAIN
Filthy conditions in the food prep area and order area. Food had fallen to the floor and been walked on by employees all day. A number of the workers were in street clothes, I was so disgusted when I received my food I couldn’t eat it and threw it away
The dining room is filthy dirty ! garbage all over the floor Tables dirty No cold beverages available in either machine I would post a picture if I could I’m not exaggerating The only reason why I gave it a two star was because the burger was good
