I ordered a root beer and they gave me coke. And forgot to give me my hot water and honey mustard sauce for the chicken nuggets. The portion of salad was small. Other than that, the food good. The dining area was clean and a lot of seating.
Walked in to the counter, the staff didn't even acknowledge our presence and kept doing what they're doing the least they could have done is to say they're busy and will come back later Ordered some frostys, they put on the wrong item they had 99c frostys but out in 2.19$ on the POS, had to call them out to make them reflect the price change. For the icing on the top, the frostys were half melted. I do understand that they are a bit understaffed in this location but minimum level of customer service would go a long way.
Very dirty. The floors were covered in soil/leaves and the tables needed to be cleaned. Also no soap in the ladies room and a male traveler with us said the men's room was disgusting. The chicken strip and Asiago burger were good.Food: 4/5
Honestly the service here sucks. I regularly experience rude staff, extremely long waits, incorrect orders and poor quality food. This is the "large" fries I got the other day. Half filled and stale.
Tried going through drive thru today. It was very slow. But lots of vehicles trying to get food. When it was our turn the order was taken very well. We ordered chicken straps with a poutine on the side and a burger combo. Everything was great until we drove away from the window. Food seemed hot. Condiments were in the bag napkins and straw too. Then we realized we didn't get our chicken strips but we got the sauce for it. So we parked and went inside to get them. The person at the till went and whispered to another peraon who looked at my husband questioningly. Then the other person grabbed some strips threw them in a bag and with out a word basically handed it with attitude to my spouse. Not a word of kindness said to him. Not anything. Gave 3 stars even with the snotty looks and bad attitude because the food was hot and fresh. Great job by the cooks! We will try here again for sure because it can sometimes just be a bad day or 1 bad employees.
Pretty much what you expect from a Wendy's restaurant - staff were friendly enough and the food is consistent. It appeared that they were understaffed on this day. The two staff seemed to be keeping it together - props to them, they were busy -Food: 4/5
Fantastic. Sandwiches taste great, fries always fresh, food looks better than it does on the menu images.
They're usually pretty quick and very friendly anytime I've been there. I don't eat there super often, but I haven't disliked the food anytime I've been there. Thanks for the good service, and keep up the good work!
Instead of fast food, this Wendy’s absolutely serve slow food. Drive through usually takes 20mins at this location. It’s definitely the slowest drive though ever experienced.
Very rude and disrespectful staff. Food was incorrect, cold and stale. I ordered a chicken wrap that was folded in half instead of wrapped up. Do not recommend.
