Food was pretty good, although the chicken burger was a bit dry. Everything else food wise was good. However, as mentioned in other comments, the service here is really slow. They get a lot of Uber orders too, which doesn't help. I understand though why the employees are not super performant. It does look pretty overwhelming with the amount of work and staff shortage.
Located by the side Boulevard des Source at corner of Boulevard Hymus, this Wendy's store is very popular for lunch, it shares same roof with Tim horton, probably same owner, free Wi-Fi, good hamburger, baked potatoes available with sour cream and leek sprinkle, green salad available to substitute French fries, there is chilies, if don't want soft drinks, Tim's coffee is a good choice, but have to buy at Tim counter, there is long line at busy times though. There is a drive through, parking is enough, only nearest spot is tight at busy times. They share bathrooms with Tim horton, the condition is declining...
6:40pm Wednesday, we're the only people in line. The wait to simply order was 7 minutes because most employees are chilling in the back. Wait for food, 10 minutes. The restaurant itself is very dirty, from counter to walls to tables. Surprisingly the food was good as expected from Wendy's.
It was the slowest service ever. They need more experienced supervision. Nice kids working and trying hard, but completely disorganized. How long was I there google!? Lol. And only approx 4 customers ahead of me! People in line were bewildered. Some came, waited, and gave up. Hope it improves, soon. It is a great location. Please let me know!
I have never seen a Wendy's that was this filthy. The counter at the register was completely sticky, and the staff didn't look like they had a manager on the floor they were completely lost. The tables in the restaurant were as filthy. How can you be proud of your restaurant if you accept this kind of work standard? This place is in desperate need of organization. To finish on a positive note, the food was still excellent.
False advertising on their hours. Goggle even shows the business as having updated their own hours. Tried to go here at 9pm on a Friday and was told closed and could not be served. Was then trapped in the drive through for 30 minutes watching them serve a car that got here 30 seconds before me with no way to get out. Just dreadfulFood: 4/5
Drive through took over 10 minutes plus their qr code wasn't working. Not even their card reader was working. Food is always good but took way to long.Food: 5/5
Came from the other wendy's across the 40. Had to leave this place in hurry. There's no pay machine in working order. You have to pay only cash. Would you take your food from someones hands using a the same time cash from every person will order in this place?
Dreadfully slow. Over 20 minute wait with 3 people in line. Unorganized and the employees looked lost. Small staff overwhelmed. Tim's had everything on, but the employees left about 4pm in a group. They stuck up a piece of paper saying closed. Customers were still lined up at the drive thru. The whole visit was bizarre. We will never return
I wish there was -0 star rating. I've tried to eat here many times, it's near my house, on my way to many places I go. This was the 3rd and final time. Arrived at 10:25am, nhoping breakfast was available until 11am, it cuts off at 10:30, good I was still on time. 3 ppl argued who was going to come take my order, shouting codes out and none working. At 10:32 with the signs still up we are now serving breakfast, "No more breakfast" but I've been waiting a while, told "it's been like 2 minutes" Thankful a Tim Hortons it in the same shop, they gladly served me breakfast. I ate, it's now 10:52, signs for breakfast are still up... LOL
