Placed order on mobile app 10 minutes before showing up. Waited 4 cars in drive thru to notify im here. Got to pick up window and they told me there is no order. Then magically it showed up and i had to wait parked for another 10-15 minutes to then get soggy food and undrinkable coke zero i ended up dumping. Horrible! Never going back! They offered no compensation nor apologized
I enjoy going with my son as a treat. Young staff and always super polite and hardworking despite the times they are short staffed. I remember being that age younger and working in customer service. It is not easy. The taste is good for fast food. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I think many of the workers are doing their best to cover not enough staff. Price is good for fast food as well.
Great food! The deluxe bacon is always a great burger. The fries crispy and not too salty. The fanta orange is my favourite so Wendy’s you got me there! Took a side of nuggets and nice bite and crunchy. Very satisfied.
If zero was an option, that would be the rating I would give. Ordered a original chicken burger with a coke. Went to the coke machine and it was empty. Returned to counter and they filled it up at the drive through machine. Got the chicken sandwich which had only pickles on it, returned to the counter again to have lettuce, tomato and mayo put on. 10 minutes later another customer came in...coke machine still not refilled ?? There was approximately 7 employees on duty which were mostly socializing. Very poor customer service
This has to be the worst Wendys and fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The first time I went I ordered 2 large drinks and they gave me 2 mediums. I accepted that mistakes happen and did not care. Now the second time I go I order 2 large coffees they give me 2 mediums again and their excuse was they didn’t have enough to make 2 larges but they still were charging me for 2 larges. They then took them back and just dumped a ton of cream in to it and gave them to me in larges. Actually ridiculous, just charge me for mediums if you don’t have enough for larges. Worker didn’t even apologize, second time I have to tell them they made the same mistake and both times they knew they made the mistake. Can’t imagine what must happen on big orders, probably get everything wrong.
If you’re looking for a true test of patience and want to experience the poorest run fast food restaurant in the area? This is the spot for you. Placed an online order for pickup tonight, was assured by t would be ready in 20, so we arrived in 30… to nothing ready. While 1 staff member prepared the works, 3 others stood and watched. Don’t know how the lone worker didn’t punch the others. Tried to give us an incomplete order 3 times. Finally get our order, 40mins later and it was, guess what… INCOMPLETE.
Served me cold chicken strips and a hamburger with cheese. I asked for a hamburger not a cheeseburger. They took the cold chicken back and I believe dropped it into hot oil and came back less than a minute later with hot but greasy and soggy chicken strips. Someone pretending to be the manager insisted they were fresh. Why does anyone think it's okay to serve food that's waste!
This is the coolest and newest Wendy’s I ever been! Small but modern decor. You have to try their cool beverage machine, lots drink selections and brands of serving! Super friendly staff, tasty burgers and love their vanilla ice cream
Food was ready very quickly after we ordered and was good. Service staff was not organized, asked for salt and 2 of them had to go looking for it. Self service drink area not clean, tables, floors, bathrooms not cleaned.Food: 4/5
One of Dave's cheeseburgers was ordered with onions and letuce only, and it has inside pickles. The other one supposed to have extra tomatoes, has only 1 slice of tomatoe inside, I am wondering how is with regular tomato, half slice? Last time, was worst, no bread, hamburger was on container, big surprise at work when arrived. Very disappoined for this store in Vaudreuil, is never how suppose to be. Plus, they don't mark the hamburgers so you don't know which one is yours, when are different specifics and topings. Again, very disappointed.
