Food quality was OK and fries were fresh. Plenty of parking available when i was there for lunch. There was also plenty of indoor seating. I would have given them 4 stars but the deduction was the napkins. Looks like the napkins they provided in my takeout bag has been wet and dried….thus the napkins are wrinkled and hardened. Restaurant should not have given this to the customer - see attached photo
Went here for super late lunch: very good spicy chicken sandwich and perfect poutine! Service: fast and friendly; tables and seats were clean. They were sanitizing seats and tables after guests. Will return for frosty when it’s sunny out
Amazing service. Delicious food. Great prices. I’ve never been disappointed by a Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Burger, Fries and Frosties. Frosties are always delicious, creamy and delightful. Chicken burgers are consistently warm, crispy and hearty, and the fries are always 10/10. The service here is great too! Amazing staff, friendly and such nice people!
I came here for lunch many times. Service is always good. Staff are friendly and less crowded. Good to meet up with friends. Restaurant is spacious and ample parking. Way much better than going to the mall. No hesitation to come back especially when they have a coupon. Compare with similar fast food Restaurants, Wendy's is my favorite.
Ordered via SKIP the dishes and the overall experience was fantastic. The food was relatively warm and fresh considering the delivery time. Hit the spot for the late night craving and I would highly recommend this to anyone. The spicy chicken sandwich is a solid choice with the sea salt fries as the combo. The classic summer frosty completes the meal. Prepare for a food coma to follow. Not exactly fitness freak nutrition but you only live once, moderation is key! Lol
Ordered two large chilis with a salad excuse the guac in the picture. The chili's were only filled up to a small, in the picture they were just opened. The card machine didn't work in the drive through window, luckily we had cash. +1 star for fresh salad though
The only fast food restaurant has baked potato. Their chilli with beans & burger meat is also very tasty. Their hamburger still retain some beef taste. Their senior coffee which is free for me was always freshly made. It a fast food restaurant which does not give you fast food tastes. I like going to Wendy's. Always give me a good meal. Parking: Parking just outside. Minimum walking. Always find empty spots.
Don’t waste your time with this Wendy’s. I’ve given them chance after chance, I typically order a standard baconator combo and have never had less than a 15 minute wait. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, training or what the deal is. But just go to a different Wendy’s its not worth it.
They never add hot sauce. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered and asked for hot sauce and have not got it. It’s terrible how hard it is for some people to just follow simple instructions. Never add utensils for food and drink either. Just honestly kinda seem lazy hope the rating gets lower then 3.8 so people save some time and money
This Wendy's is perhaps the worst in customer service I have ever seen. Even on a slower afternoon you wait an unconscionable amount of time for a simple order. Food is good as Wendy's often is, but if you're in a hurry go elsewhere. This is a repeated experience I've had after visiting dozens of times.Food: 5/5
