The only reason I could rate a 1 is because my lettuce had no issues, but my partner got a side salad. It was brown and some were slimy. Also check out the tomatoes. If I wanted the skin off the tomato I would ask for it because that's all it was. I ask the young manager to come over and check it out. Of course a few followed. I showed it to him and immediately the older woman chimed. She said that is how the lettuce comes. I asked her if she went to a restaurant would she eat the brown, slimy lettuce and the tomato skins? She said yes. Too bad I didn't take her picture. I would show other restaurants how to use the compostable vegetables. Really. For $2.50??? Let's be serious! I have to tell people to stay away from this restaurant! BTW this is the only Wendy we've been to that DOES NOT wedge their tomatoes. Wendy corporate my next call!!! SHAME ON YOU!
Very very very SLOW service. Waited over 20 min to get order and I was second in line. Seemed that online orders took priority over customers standing infront of cashier. At one point 14 customers in line and watched at least 5 walk out. I understand the online skip the dishes but hire someone just to fill those orders so In person customers don't have to suffer.
Terrible. Visited this Wendy’s multiple times to give it multiple chances because I love Wendy’s. Each time I order large fries and ask them to be made fresh. Every time on the drive through my fries are literally filled up half way only?! A shame… Literally happened not once not twice and over 3 times multiple times. Trying to be nice and keep giving this Wendy a chance but this keeps on happening. Visited yesterday for dinner and I ordered large fresh fries with my 2 combos.. Tasted it and it tasted warm and stale. Complained this time because I don’t really complain but I had enough and she said they were just made? I said it’s okay I’ll wait for new ones because they definitely don’t taste just made. Got new ones but same issue AGAIN. The large fries were only filled half way… Like what’s the point of ordering large it’s filled half way. Disappointment 1/10 otherwise than the fries the food is good. But very bad service how can you mess up fries orders every time and not fill it up. Big turn off and upsetting it’s pretty simple.
Dave's double was good but fries were old. Sitting under heat lamp too long.
Nine times out of ten your food is fresh and really good and ready to go. There might be the odd time where you get something that was sitting. But not often does this happen. Parking: The location absolutely sucks during rush hour. That's the only issue with this location
I'm really becoming a big fan of this Wendy's. Just renovated . Good food . Love the chili cheese nachos instead of fries with the combo. Big drink selection from the new machine too. Friendly staff. 10+

Just came home from the Wendy’s drive thru in Bradford. We usually don’t have issues but today was interesting. The baked potato was freezing cold I think they forgot to nuke it before giving it to us ok so they forgot that but when we opened the wrap to the burger it was not only drenched in sauce but it was missing the bottom bun!! There was only myself and one other car ahead of me and it wasn’t busy at all.. not sure why the rush to screw up the order that badly. I called the location and they actually hung up on me before saying hello .. I’ll go somewhere else next time
ordered food missing drink and one burger a single when it was a supposed to be a double. also nothing was marked had to play find the meal... called several times with no answer.. understand it gets busy, but come on people,
I don't usually leave reviews but this just had me upset. Wendy's locks their main door and don't any signs. Until you search around the building for another entrance. Happened a couple times and everytime I tell the manager she just ignores me and responds rudely. The food might be good but customer service is not there
