I feel like this Wendy's is typically higher quality out of all the ones I've been to. The fries and potatoes are always cooked perfectly and salted well. The buns are perfectly spongy and fresh. Aside from that, it's a Wendy's. The $5 meal deal is pretty much unbeatable.
Love their breakfast meals.. Love the biscuit with bacon,egg n cheese. Free senior drinks with purchase. Love the junior chocolate frosty free with a purchase provided you buy the key tag fir$1.00. Great deal.
I recently visited the local Wendy’s at lake street and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was poorly maintained, with dirty floors and sticky tables. The food wasn’t much better either. My hamburger was cold and tasteless and my fries were stale and hard. The service was also unhelpful and slow, not to mention this one employee in particular working the cash register. He had glasses and was of average height and had darker skin complexity. He was very rude and overall incompetent. I would definitely not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.
This is my go to Wendy’s in my area. The drive through is always fast and the food is always fresh. Also the dine in area is clean which makes the dining experience so much better.
Ordered a chicken platter. The young lady who took my order was not that helpful and she didn't seem to have answers to questions about options or suggestions. The older afro- American guy who took our order inside who looked like a manager. Made me and my husband feel uncomfortable, by making us feel like he was annoyed by us. The way he interected with us too was like he was rushing us when there was no line and no one behind us. This is bad customer service. Your not supposed to make a customer feel like they did something wrong. If your having a bad day you don’t take it out on the customer. I’ve been in customer service for 25 years. You treat a customer with a friendly smile not with a snarky attitude!!!
This isn't the 1st time I've dealt with HORRIBLE customer service. I'm not complaining about the quality of the food but however the older black man which seems to be a manager is extremely rude. As soon as you pull up to the window it's a bad experience no greeting, doesn't give the total, no thank you, have a great day etc Please put him in some customer service classes.
They forgot my fries. This is my 13th reason.
I've ordered here twice and they are not busy and always get my order wrong! I ordered spicy hot honey and they gave me crispy chicken sandwiches.
Love the price and choices on the biggie bags. Still the best fries!! Order is always rt and always give napkins.
