If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars I would. I was sent here for a Doordash order. It is 12:06am. This location claims to be open until 1am. They had a delivery truck blocking the drive-thru. I walked up to the doors and tried to get someone's attention, they ignored me. I find another way to the drive-thru window. The employee is standing there...I honked at least 10 times. She pretended she didn't hear me. But is laughing.. Another man walks up. These people are incapable of eye contact or something. I'm holding my doordash bag up trying to explain through closed windows that I was sent here to pick up an order. All I get is a "nope" gesture and then they begun laughing and bad-mouthing me in Spanish as if I don't speak Spanish when I'm just trying to do my job.... terrible customer service. Terrible employees. The worst. 0/1000 STARS. THANKS
Very unprofessional staff at this location. I am a doordash driver and went to go pick up an order inside like I'm supposed to but was ignored for over 5 minutes so I decided to go through the drive-thru because that was moving along and I wanted the customer to have their food in the lunch hour that they're given. When I went to the drive through I was mistreated and ignored and told that they could not hand over the food and that they were not ignoring me and the five other people standing inside.
The ladies there were extremely nice and kind, answered some questions and put us on to the yearly tag for frosty's! Will be back!Food: 5/5
I ordered a number 11 which is a chicken sandwich and they gave me a cheese burger. If you can’t tell the difference between chicken and a burger quit your job
Awful service, It was bad enough the credit card machine wasn't working thankfully i had cash?. My order was completely messed up. Ordered a daves double ketchup and pickle only. So how do i end up with one with everything else but Ketchup and Pickle. Ordered a Root beer no ice and got a DIET root beer WITH ice. With as few customers they were getting today you would think you couldnt mess up an order that badly.
Food just didn't taste right. Soda was flat and they want to charge extra for sour cream for a baked potato!
There ain't nothing Jr. about a 3 dollar burger. Terrible prices. Drive down the street and have your pick of affordable fast food.
The order was prepared incorrectly and the drinks were just flat wrong.
Do NOT online/app order with this location!!! Chances are they’ll be closed and just keep your $; 0 empathy. There is no excuse re: not turning off online ordering! Their other location by Stratford turns it off if they have to close early so it’s possible. It would also be decent to be somewhat empathetic at the fact that you already took customer’s cash but don’t have staff to fulfill instead of just repeating that you’re closed. Ridiculous.
My dad had a bad experience with his order. The store could not be reached but after contacting Wendy's the DM Brian made it right. They are going through a transition period but the DM looks like he's gonna get it right. Definitely cares about its customers.
