They have a long wait time to give order and get order. Talking about drive thru. There were two of us . Ordered 2 sodas plus food. Got down the road...1 straw One time, same week, husband ordered two cheeseburgers and I got nuggets/sweet and sour sauce..Got home...1 cheeseburger and no sauce for nuggets . Terrible service.
Food was great, speed was way better than normal, dining room was spotless, bathroom were spotless as well. Great experience
This is by far the slowest drive thru on the east coast. Have you ever been to a chik FIL a? Theyre always packed and still don't wait as long as you do at this Wendy's. Drive thru is the only thing open. Dining room is closed. They seem to only take 1 order at a time. All a guy needs is a cheeseburger. What's the deal??
Literally got to the drive-thru at 2:00 in the afternoon, it's now 2:30 and I'm still in the same spot I was a half an hour ago. Like not being rude but I thought this was supposed to be fast food? How can the line move one car in half an hour, and I can see in the restaurant and there's nobody standing at the counter being served. Like most people have a half an hour for lunch, and it's 2:30 on a Monday it's not like it's Saturday at lunch time. At this rate it will be 3:30 by the time I get my food
Drive-Thru takes all day, so if you are craving Wendy’s, then make sure to visit after completing all your errands. No exaggeration.
Drive through took 30 min's to take order. Bacon on cheeseburgers was like eating charcoal briquettes. Shame. Now go to McDonald'sFood: 1/5
People should learn to listen ....i ordered a spicy chicken. And got a burger on a pretzel bun. And three orders of fries were stone cold.
The inside dining area is NEVER OPEN!! DRIVE THRU is the only option and slower than snails move.
The problem with this Wendy's is that the lobby isn't ever open apparently for no good reason which leads to a 25 minute wait in the drive thru... freaking ridiculousFood: 4/5
