Loved our visit to Wendy’s to get some frosty’s!! Fox is the best worker and deserves a raise! It was very busy and he took our order and had our food out in a timely manner. This location was very clean and all the employees seem to work graciously and kindly.
Why can’t I get full and hot fries from this place? I went through the the drive-thru and I should have known better. See photos attached. It’s so sad!!! Not to mention they were to salty!!! Lighten up on the salt Wendy’s!! What if I had a low sodium diet? I am highly disappointed!
I ordered to-go. I made the mistake of not checking the bag before I left. No napkins in the bag, which is only a small inconvenience. Most importantly the cheeseburger I ordered had a couple chunks of bacon on it. Like it had been made as a bacon burger and then changed after to fill my order. I'm SEVERLY allergic to pork, so I couldn't even eat the burger after i got all the way home. At least they remembered no onions. Kinda disappointed about this visit.
My order was a little mixed up. On the Monitor it said I ordered Medium drinks. Now I got smalls at the Window, and I said "Hey I ordered Mediums." I wasn't mad or angry I honestly wasn't going to Care I was about to leave. The Manager I believe her name was Cathy? *Sorry I can't remember* Supper sweet lady, she let us keep the Smalls and gave us the Mediums anyways. Thank you for your Customer Service! Your very Kind.
Wow! Weeeee had fun here! It's been a long, long time since dining in at Wendy's! Found meal options for everyone quickly. Grandpa, son age 21 AND 3 Grandchildren ages 8, 8, 4 The $5 Bundle Box is a bargain! Plenty of food! Lots of good food for the price for all hunger sizes! AND how do you top the chocolate Frostys?! You don't! The best! The Grands and I will keep this on our food options list! Kid-friendliness: Easy to find, move and use. Clean! Attractive seating/table sizes. Dining tables convenient heights too!
Waited for 10 minutes at lunch as the next in line not being helped with 6-7 in line behind me. Meanwhile 8 employees focus on drive up window and doordash orders exclusively. I left never got to eat.Food: 1/5
Frustrated from the start. Ordered wendys on uber, the food was terrible like it had already been sitting for a while. We also didn't get either drink for our meal. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to see if the uber driver could go pick up the drinks and get our food remade, but not a single answer each and every time I called. Beyond disappointed.
The boy at the drive-thru window never spoke to me, didn't offer a drink carrier, and I had 5 drinks and no one in the car but me, then forgot 1 frosty and when he brought it and it was over flowing and the lid wasn't on all the way, he should never be in the drive-thru EVER. HE SUCKS, I have worked for Wendy's and most of the workers they have now, SUCK
I’m in there today on my job with 3 clients with disabilities and your little register girl decided to get snotty with me because I couldn’t hear her. Now…little princess that served us at 7:15 pm, don’t do that. I was distracted and I couldn’t hear. The guy I was helping is very slow moving because he processes thing differently than you. Next time don’t give me that look through your silver rimmed hoot owl glasses and learn some empathy. You didn’t give me a receipt or I would know your name. You didn’t even bag our to go order. The RUDEST I’ve ever been treated there!!!!! 9/26/22 7:15about Monday
Despite the fact that I was very late for my mobile order pickup time, they still made my order with no hassle and it was fresh. Everyone is always kind when I go to this establishment. 10/10Food: 5/5
