Great food, except they forgot my order. My bud and I were getting food for half dozen people at home, it being my first time at a Wendy's. And he goes order anything, you'll love it. It's just this place in particular... they get the order but it's sometimes not all there. Get home, only my food is missing. Totally understood, lol. Still a great place, they made up for their goof and I'll definitely go back.
It really is a decent Wendy's. Any time we get anything here it is just as ordered. Hot and fresh and the employees are always pleasant. There isn't usually much of a wait. I'd go here before anywhere else as far as a fast food option nearby. Kid-friendliness: My big kid can get a burger AND chicky nuggys in a meal for 5 bucks?! He couldn't be happier. No joke.
Everytime I get Wendy's I long for the days when Dave was still around. Food used to always be fresh and came to you piping hot. That and the quality of the ingredients was damn good for fast food. Those days are long gone, and every location I've been to, including this one, exemplifies this. Food is usually lukewarm and tired/dry. Clearly been sitting under heat lamps or in heated cabinets for most of the day. Nuggets and fries are also usually stale. That and more often than not I seem to find hairs in my food. So, do I recommend Wendy's at all l? No, not until some serious restructuring is done company-wide. P.S. If you absolutely must have Wendy's then I suggest going when it's super busy. That way all the old food has more than likely been handed out already and what you receive will most likely be fresh.
2 spoons for 4 bowls of chili is not very helpful. I get that they're not paid a lot but this one really messed us up. I can't recommend the place for order accuracy.
I don't know what it is about this particular Wendy's, but the French Fries here are better than nearly any other fast food restaurant fries. And the breakfast potato wedges, those are great too, just wish they were available all day.Food: 5/5

THE LINE IN THE PICTURES HAPPENS MOSTLY AFTER 7PM WHEN THEIR DINE IN HOURS CLOSE. <-------BEWARE. WAIT TIMES MAY VARY.--------> ---------------------------------------------------- THIS REVIEW IS MOSTLY IN REGARD TO SERVICE NOT FOOD QUALITY. To be fair WENDY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, day or night, is far SUPERIOR compared to their neighbor BURGER KING. The line at night is still ludicrous AFTER 7PM WHEN THEIR DINE IN HOURS CLOSE. I still believe that they should extend their dine hours, but that's just my opinion. They really try, smile, and get the orders out as best they can regardless of how busy or stressful their lines are. SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS BE WILD, WHICH ANOTHER REASON WHY THEY DESERVE 4 STARS. Wendy's employees be funny. They said they had someone waited in line to only order milk and got mad at them because they had to wait in line EVEN THOUGH WALMART, SAFEWAY, AND HAGGENS are right next door. -----------THANKS FOR READING!-----------
This restaurant is at the far end of town for us which makes it pointless to go back to when they don't put everything that we ordered into the bags. Therefore two-star review. Other than that, of course we love Wendy's food
They're still working through management and protocols, but overall much better than a year ago. Support the frosty key tag program for $2 now for free ones the rest of the year...Food: 3/5
I went inside because the drive-thru line was a little long. It took a little longer to get my order then I thought it would but they got my order right and off I went. Vegetarian options: You can get baked potato or fries and there are salads that can be ordered with no meat.
