We ordered the fish sandwich, which is the best out there. We were told it would be 4 minutes because they are cooked when they're ordered. I like the fact that they tell you and also to be very careful because it will be very hot. True to their word. Staff person is very friendly and always has a smile.Food: 5/5
Payed with exact change based on what they said at the speaker but guy at window asked for $3 too much I said that was wrong based in the receipt and what they had said previously but he gave me back the wrong change regardless. I was in a rush and the drive through had already been 20 minutes which is weird because there were only 3 cars. I took the change and when I got the order it was half someone else's and half mine so I went back 15 minutes later to see if I could get my proper change back and the sandwich and drink I had actually ordered. They argued with me saying they had made the sandwich I ordered. I don't care if you made it, you can clearly see that the one I have that I am showing you is not that one. I wanted no mustard and other medications. They finally gave me a new sandwich and this new one not only had mustard it was dripping in it and had missing other stuff. How in the world. They also refused to give me back my correct change after me showing them the receipt and I never got my right food or compensation or a refund. Slow, rude, gross, annoying staff. ketchup spilled all over the door when I went inside to talk to them. Turned me off to all Wendy's honestly.
Waited for the longest time until someone came to the window to tell me they're not open, due to technical problems. This was during normal business hrs. I understand the part about having tech issues, but atleast get on the mic and say something about it, don't just ignore the customer. Not sorry, you lost me to McDonald'sService: 1/5
When my family and I got to Wendy’s the drive through line was average, the last car was at the start of the drive-through line. We got inside and there were already three people in line, it took 25 minutes to get to the front of the line. When we did the cashier said nothing to us and was talking to the customers that were in front of us and were then waiting for their food. We waited another 10 minutes and still nothing was said to us so we left. The cashier could have at least said it will be a minute, sorry about the wait, or something like come on.
Poor service. Waited 10 minutes to have order taken. The front counter person made excuses about having to get stuff out of freezer which was a lie. She was outside smoking with another employee. Noone else would wait on the customers. Will not come back here again.
The fact that I placed an order online and didn't get the drinks i ordered, especially for my kids, kids meal, they claim it wasn't on the receipt but it's on my phone and I've never had this issue before. Very sad. Especially when they were rude about it.
Sorry to make Wendy's the brunt of a industry wise problem, BUT... they are as guilty as anyone else. No one serves a hamburger anymore. You MUST order a cheeseburger without cheese. Forget this detail and you will be getting a cheeseburger, whether you wanted one or not. Plus, when you order a cheeseburger without cheese, they still charge you for the cheese. Very clever...
Terrible service. Waited forever for cashier to figure how To upload and cash out mobile order. She started helping me before finishing guys order ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes or more and 3 people walked out and left. She did offer me a free frosty for the trouble, but I declined it.
I wish i could give 0 reviews I go there and no one is in the restaurant yet its open because it 8:30pm and start saying hey no one answers so after about half hour waiting no one comes I go outside and looks like staff are sitting in their cars laughing at me! So needless to say I won't be back!Food: 1/5
I get that you close at 7. But when I get in the drive through at 6:40, and you wait till 7 exactly to take the order in front of me, then tell me you're closed when I pull up, that's just blatantly not doing your job.Food: 3/5
