Food overall is really good, but WOW. The Prices here for "fast food take-out" are almost comparable to dining in at a full service restaurant! Management frequently locks the doors to the dining room/ordering counter EARLY staffing excuse 6-7pm! Maybe the manager you are staff should work the ordering counter and tell people that the dining room is not available! If you aren't driving, ordering is not an option.
First of all people took forever to even acknowledge we were there which was a tad annoying, then this really pleasant women came from the back to take our order despite there being 2 other people behind the front counter when we arrived I'll give them the benefit of the doubt they may have been training so over all service was great after that women came up front. The turn off for me was I used their restroom, and you can clearly see the employee must wash hands sign, but there was no soap, nor a soap dispenser, and I mentioned this to someone and the response was, oh ya they're out, like it was just common acceptable knowledge. So how are the employees washing their hands? I had already eaten at this time and it was hard enough to get service let alone figure out who was in charge. I told someone behind the counter as I walked by I hope it got addressed needless to say I won't be back to that location. When in with pregnant wife and they said they couldn't make what wife wanted a guy named g help us and made the food for us when he was a register worker he when out of his way to make my wife happy when the cooks refused to cook her breakfast sandwich. Thank you g you deserve to run that place. If management see this please give him a promotion. G made my day thank you
The food was pretty basic. I think the one inside Loves is better. The inside was dirty, but it was towards closing time in the Lobby. My grandson did not get a toy with his happy meal, but they were short staffed so we did not ask them for anything after we ordered. I do feel bad for the staff shortages, hopefully they can hire, and get better with things.
Wendy's is a good place I actually work there the problem is they need more workers there's a lot of kids running around in there so that's why the orders be messed up. But overall the food is good the garlic fries are fire everything is fresh because it's so busy there's not much down time so you can guarantee the burgers are flipping as they are being put out it always be fresh your fries will always be crunchy and they're spicy chicken sandwich is the best and I'm talking about the one on main Street
Used the app tonight 11/19/22 and ordered a Frosty. Went to pick up and was told by a very rude employee that they didn’t have. Would not refund my money paid or even offer another choice. Said it wasn’t her problem. If she acts like that often which she more than likely does, no customers equals no job sweetheart.
Staff is often very kind, but order is commonly wrong at least something like missing sauce, nearly always out of popular items by later in the night, and the food later in the night is almost always old and inedible. Nuggets, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, nothing is spared. I've tried a handful of times ordering after 11 pm and had to throw out up to 2/3 of the items on any given night. Can't speak for ordering in the afternoon, but I wouldn't recommend ordering late at night. I won't be returning.
Went to Wendy's because we weren't getting our order taken at the McDonald's drive up across the street after waiting over 15 min. In less than 10 minutes at Wendy's we had our order.Food: 5/5
Food ain't bad. But I believe they are socialist. Drive thru only. Also one could almost take a nap waiting.
I got the Diablo burger. The hottest thing I've ever eaten, thank goodness they gave you a free frosty with it.Food: 4/5
