So helloooooooo. First big ride of the season. April 27, 2024. My destination from Calgary was specifically to come to Vauxhall and try this place. I read a lot of the reviews and for the most part I felt this would be worth the ride.nI got the loaded double cheeseburger with bacon and a side of fries. Was like 13 bucks. I ride for ice cream and burgers quite a bit. I find the pricing reasonable. I don't see why folks are complaining about it being expensive. It is pretty ball park average. The burger itself looked like something thrown together at a back yard BBQ, which from a burger shack point of view is fine with me. It just made me think it would have been better with a beer. The burger itself was quite good. I agree with some of the other posters about it being a little dry. I think that has to do more with how thin the patties are. Easy to over cook a bit. None the less, it was seasoned well and hit the spot. I found the fries to be excellent. They are the straight cut shoestring style and were salted perfectly.nHere again though, I have to agree with some of the posters, portion size was a little light. I think about 7 more fries would have done the trick.nUnfortunately the weather sucked. It was pretty windy and I had to sit out back at one of the picnic tables in the on again off again drizzle. So due to that I elected to not get one of the raved about milkshakes. So I will have to ride down again on a nicer day and try out the shakes.nOverall it was worth the trek down to try out this place. It was about what I expected it would be. I have no qualms about coming here again.

Everything is made fresh! Their deep fried dill pickles are amazing, same with their milkshakes and burgers!
Consistently delicious, tasty burgers with fresh toppings. Crispy onion rings and thick shakes. The fresh blueberry shake not pictured was full of fruit. Mushrooms and sauce on the mushroom burger are better than mushroom burgers in other places. Fair prices. $30 for 2, including tip.
Good food. We stop here all the time. Bit pricey but worth it
