Museum was closed when we reach there. There is small Beach by the river which your kids will love.
Saturday class on mushroom foraging. Incredible instructors and time in the field. Would recommend to anyone! In past years I have attended classes here and would rate them all excellent.
In using your website, it would be very helpful to have more info about the events - time, place, cost. There is a Ghost Walk in October, but no other info provided. I wanted to give this event a "plug" in my club's agenda, but do not find enough info on the site and phones are staffed only a few days a week.

This place has some interesting woodworking pieces and lots of rocks for rock collectors.
So much history crammed into such a small space. If you want to learn about Leavenworth, Peshastin, Dryden, and the Upper Valley, this is the place! They have the sword of Captain Leavenworth and a very large beaver!
The houses caught my eye from the river path, and to see they have been preserved as museums is spectacular. Beautiful place.
