Wenatchee Electric

When I called and asked for a bid for the project, I was told that small work was not bid but it was $100 per hour. After 6 weeks of waiting, the electrician came out with an apprentice which is totally fine, but the apprentice did maybe 15 minutes of work (he had been on the job less than a month?) and then the bill came. . . They were at my house for 1.5 hours, I got charged for 2 (so maybe they charge for travel time?) and beyond that I was technically charged $150 per hour because the apprentice was $50/hour. That means 25% of the bill was costs for the apprentice I had not been informed I'd be having out or paying for, and who did very minimal actual work. And if travel is not a normal charge, an additional 13% of my bill is excessive charges. That totals to 38% of my total bill. I tried for two weeks to discuss the bill (calls, messages, etc), finally got a text back saying they'd look into it and never got an answer. My bill was due so I paid it but I'll not use this company again or at very least not without a bid. It is sad because the guys were really nice when they did the work and appeared to do a good job. *Update: the plumber came out to install the garbage disposal (which the electrician knew was the ultimate purpose of the electrical job) and the plug box had been put in about 2 inches too low to fit a disposal plug. The plumber had to unscrew the box and put it in the proper place. Guess the job was not even done as well as I had hoped.

Jordan has done several projects for our two business's. He always does a good job and is sure he is fair. If your looking for someone who is honest and does a good job, I recommend Wenatchee Electric!

I have used Jordan and his team for a number of years in commercial and residential projects. I am very pleased with his work and timeliness. He communication is outstanding of when he will be there and his bids are reasonable and gets the jobs completed at the prices quoted and on time. Thank you Jordan!
