I recently purchased a gas fireplace and faux stone and am currently having it installed. These guys are so professional and tedious. They even went as far as to put drop clothes on the new flooring I recently did to ensure no mud or debris were tracked in. The work they do surpasses any professional expectations I had. And I've a few add ons they helped me with in the process and they were more than happy to oblige my satisfaction and help with them.i couldn't ask for anything better and it has been a great experience from sales to installation...

I recently purchased the mid flush insert for basement area and was very happy with my experience at Wellsboro rental. They added a liner in my chimney then put in the fireplace insert. Everything worked perfectly and things were done timely. I would definitely recommend them.

Customer service is also amazing, I call and I get answers. The whole staff cares about the customers which is rare today. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products they sell. Really great and friendly people. I have rented two pieces of equipment here and when one broke and was unusable they went out of their way to make it right. They are customer centered and do a great job taking care of your needs.

I stopped in to check out the echo trimmers because the website listed the "2018" models with a price and "2017" models listed as "get price" meaning to contact them with your information. A lot of stores do this because they're listing an item for below MSRP, but with it being an older model most places will discount that to clear out their stock. Leading me to -assume- they were listed lower than the 2018 models. Which would make sense because it is 2019, and the 2017 models were new old stock, not being sold for all, or part of 2017 and all of 2018. I purposely contacted echo directly prior to visiting the store to see if there was any changes made to the models between the 2017-2018 year, this way the salesperson wouldn't try to convince me otherwise. Why would these trimmers be listed by the year anyway? The echo customer service representative explicitly told me that the 2017 model had a solid drive shaft, where the newer model uses a 4-cable flex shaft. Not to mention the decals are slightly different. Not that stickers would make a performance difference, but it is an update. And when a newer edition is available, who wants the old generation for the same price as the new generation. Especially when there has been a mechanical change. The employee went to the computer to check what I was talking about on their website. I find it strange that they have the SRM 2620 2018 listed for 329.99 and the 2017 listed as "get price"... But yet in store they are on the same rack slot, for the same price. Not to mention the I assume to be "salesman" tried to tell me there was no difference between a solid drive shaft and a flex shaft... Regardless as to whether echo did make a change I'm more confident believing the echo company and the salesman was or wasn't aware of this, why lie and say there isn't a difference between the two drive shafts in general? They can list these trimmers online between 17' and 18' model years, but sell them for the same price? I understand they aren't cars, but there are physical changes amongst the models. I gave it 2 stars because the store had a nice selection, and was very modern, but that's it. This guy seemed to have no clue, while another guy stood idly by following him around.

Good experience for warranty service work. Just wished there were mechanics available to perform the warranty work on a Saturday so not to loose a days pay or burn a vacation day to resolve the issues.

Very disapointed in a floorsander I rented the guy said that the vacuum doesn't pickup all the dust . That is an understatement I have to take down drop ceiling tiles and probably paint them. I have rented units like this before never had to do this. What a mess!!!
