We arrived there at our scheduled time, as in the bank manager set a time for us, they rest of the employees didn't have a clue that we were supposed to be there. That was the first red flag if they cannot keep their meeting schedule straight how can they keep track of their credits and debits. Waited for about an hour because the manager was doing a call meeting overlapping our schedule meeting. Needed to use the restroom no luck, no public restrooms were instructed to go to the city pavilion that was locked. Started looking around the bank noticed that 3/4s of the office was empty, probably ran off the competent staff. Finally got into a meeting and discovered that they couldn't open a joint account due to technical issues. Don't waste your time with this bank with all the lawsuits it has on the corporate side and the bank seems to be one good bank run from collapse.
I would only give it a one and a half if it let me! You go to any other Wells Fargo and you can give them one ID and make your deposit today I go in and make a deposit. They want two forms ID in my bank card in the drive-through. I called the main number and they Call to find out what the deal was and apparently it’s only that branch now. I wouldn’t waste my time getting an account with this branch, if you could avoid it, that’s for sure!
Couldn’t keep the bank open 7 minutes late so I could get some cash. Asked if they could pull up my daily withdraw amount and they said they had to fire up the computer so there system is already shut down an hour before closing, very embarrassing, and while I was waiting for them to fire up there computer when it should have been on during open hours in the first place they hung up on me and did not call back. Horrible customer service and a bunch of lazy people at this branch. Will not be a customer of Wells Fargo’s for much longer.
My dad had a problem with online banking that was locked by fraud department. So they told us to go to local branch and verify his identity with banker. The 1st time we went there and we tried to explain to the manager and he wouldn't listen to us. He just verified on his computer and gave us a sheet of updates for my dad profile. We told the manager again that they have to call and verified with fraud department, but he just said it will be ok and we came back and I login to my dad's online banking and it wouldn't let him login so I decided to call the fraud department and they said the bank has to call them and verify. Couple weeks later we go to the branch again and this time is my sister and my dad and the banker lady told us that she didn't have time to call. We would have to make an appointment. And then we made an appointment and go to bank again she said we only have 30 mins and she still have next appointment. She said if it gonna take longer then we would have to come back. Very terrible experience!!!The bankers should know better when it comes to these situations we as a customer don't need to explain a lot to them. They should already known.
Great customer service. Wells Fargo always tries, and mostly with success, to exceed my expectations and needs when it comes to banking. This branch is no exception. Great work, team!
