Good service and friendly staff at this branch.  I'm not too thrilled with Wells Fargo's overall brand since their interest rates on savings accounts and CDs are beyond pitiful ... but that's a corporate-level issue and not the fault of the local employees.  Wait times can be a bit long during the busiest hours, but usually not too bad.

Worst Wells Fargo bank in the city of Rochester. Banker wait time is longer than an hour every time! I hate this bank!
