Very friendly staff! Jonathan Yang is really outgoing and funny, makes you feel very at home with your best interest in mind.

Luis Solis is an incompetent, arrogant person who should not be in charge of this branch. He refused us entry Into our safe deposit box and when we refused to leave, he called the police. This moron just cost wells Fargo all my accounts. All of this over a clerical error in my name which he instituted. I will never deal with this branch again and will look for other alternatives as I suggest anyone who reads this does

This is by far the best branch I have ever worked with. I just switched banks and I'm so happy that I did. The people working at this branch are so friendly and take really good care of you. Greg, the branch manager is the best! He went above and beyond to help me out! Outstanding customer service!

Awful bsnk! They do nothing to help their members out. When you complain they don't care. I was selling a vehicle and had a deposit put into my acct via cashiers check. They put a hold on a cashier's check! When i went in to have it removed i was told it was up to the branch mgr. He then called luke from the edgar branch and was told that hee didn't feel comfortable releasing the hold because the person making the deposit didn't know anything about me! Um she had my name and acct number, that's all you need! When i told Jonathan from eau Claire that wells Fargo was only rated1 star he said he could see that and when i said i wasnt sure how they stayed in business he replied ," yeah im not sure eother honestly.". Wow. Im closing my acct tomorrow!
