Wells Fargo Bank

Am an account-holder; went in to get house closing documents notarized, was told by the notary that there was a "conflict of interest" to get my house sale documents notarized. I see no COI, the house is near Seattle, I had no funds involved with WF. Went into branch to ask if I could fax an IRA transfer request. The teller had to get a supervisor to affirm that I had an IRA at the bank, as if I'd go into a bank where I had no IRA to get a "free fax". Was told in-branch that there was a minimum balance of $400 on a business account; but then WF started taking out fees of $10/month for two months before I noticed. When I complained they put back the $20 and then told me on the phone that the minimum balance was $500, so I put in $102 more, but they went right back to extracting $10/month fees. When I complained again they said it was $500/mo 'average balance' which is not what they told me. When I complained again I was told it was my fault for not reading policy, and that had I not asked to speak to a supervisor they would have waived the fee.

I went to cash a check written from someone with a Wells Fargo account they wanted to charge me 7.50 then also needed a manager approval before cashing which honestly that part Wasn't that big of a deal but then manager asked teller if they called the person to verify the check?! So they called the guy that wrote me the check who didn't answer so they wouldn't cash the check? Between fees and horrible customer service especially the manager why would you consider this bank? I'll just go deposit the check at Solarity and have no problems thanks for the reminder why I don't bank with you guys anymore!!!
