Wells Fargo Bank

Friendly staff, but holy moly. They have no sense of urgency. They don't move fast when they're slow and they seem to move slower when it's busy. I normally understand because I work in customer service but when I stand in the waiting line for 5 minutes before being helped when the only customer ahead of me is being helped by a teller, it gets irritating when I have a lot of stuff to do.

When I joined this bank nearly 3 years ago, the staff was very friendly and helpful and have been every time I came in there. Once I forgot my purse at work (an hour away) and they made getting cash out of my account painless. They have two ATMs outside, with which you can also deposit cash INTO your account which is great. However, I have gone through the regular lines just for cash out when the ATMs were full and the cashiers both times acted like it was such a hassle when I could have just gone over there - and maybe they were just thinking of my time, but it was still my choice to use them - oh well!

After I had asked the manager if we could have a seat the Manager on duty said "I don't have time to help you because I have more important things I have to do." mind you also I had patiently been waiting for 45 min prior to being told this. I am personally going to request this very manager to be the one to close out my account, I'm looking forward to a bank that has time to take care of me and show concern for me the customer. When you lose or have a card stolen, Wells Fargo makes all sorts of hoops to jump through... Not being able to set me up a temporary card as their service hotline suggested made me boil. I can not beleive a MANAGER would stoop so low to say that he didn't have the time to help me and had better things to be doing. poor service.
