I called this company because my pump kept coming on without any water being used. The plumber came out and wanted to change my whole system. He quoted a price that we could not afford at this time and all we wanted was to have the problem worked on which by the way was a foot valve. When I called the company and told the dispatcher or secretary that i would not proceed with this job as it was too expensive and i quoted what the plumber estimated that job and she told me it would not cost that much and that is not what the plumber quoted. I told her that this is what my husband and i understood and she kept saying that this is not what he said. She then said if you want the job done later let us know and hung up. Not letting me to reply. She then called back and told me i still had to pay for the call which is no problem and when i asked her how much I could not believe the price. They charged me $250 dollars plus 50 dollars for a part that was not needed and then tax equaling $312 all this for a problem we already knew what it was. The job that the plumber wanted to do was about $3 thousand dollars. This is ridiculous. Rude Dispatch person and a plumber that all he wants to do is get the most money he can get. A BIG RIP OFF

Terrible service. I had an appointment for over a week. On the day of appointment, They told me they couldn’t come and pushed to the next day. This happened for a few days.. I eventually just cancelled appointment all together. I do NOT recommend this company

Overcharged me by 200% percent. i got ripped. old lines un-capped which caused a huge flood when spring came. thanks for nothing, crooks.

Our well water supply cut out suddenly on a Sunday, and they had the problem assessed and fixed by Tuesday (which involved an excavation, replacement of corroded parts, replacement of a pump and some general improvements to bring the well up to current MOE standards). Staff was knowledgeable and professional.
