I have politely phoned this location twice and both times have spoken with incredibly rude women. I asked questions about something I have no knowledge of and met with silence and spit out angry sounding responses as if I was bothering them. BOTH women on TWO different occasions! I'm stunned at the rudeness. Not helpful whatsoever. Complete night and day difference between this location and the St Catharines courthouse where the lady I spoke with was happy and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately she had to put me in touch with the Welland Courthouse. I wonder why a person would stay in a job they obviously dislike that much. I would give zero stars if I could but it made me choose one.

Website said it was open, yet all of the doors were locked, 2 hours before it was to close.
