In order to expand our cottage to a 3 season residence , we looked into several options with several different companies. We contacted Welk and Jordan came to advise us of solutions. He provided an easy and quick solution and installed a heat system in the crawl space. This is perfect. It provides peace of mind against the elements once the weather cools and we have been able to extend our stay here until early November. The work was good but they charge service fees in addition to the hourly labour which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. I paid a $30 service fee which is said to cover travel and truck maintenance for a 10 minute visit at a location 5 minutes from theirs. I would recommend them based on the quality of work as long as you don't mind the additional service fee. I wish they would have been more transparent about the service fee.

Awesome work, and very nice people! We had Welk do our plumbing and electrical for a new home build, and the workmanship was excellent - no corners cut, good materials, and great attention to detail. The plumber and electrician were friendly and professional and took great pride in their work. Jordan and James Welk run a very competent operation - we'd hire them again.

Once again, spur of the moment, on a weekend a call to Welk Electric has saved our day! This time, our plumbing wanted to come in rather than flow out. Within an hour, a qualified plumber was here and looked after everything! We would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the Valley who is needing help with plumbing, electrical or heating. They are an awesome company with a strong focus on customer service.

Excellent work. Extremely satisfied. All work was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Project took over a year to complete and Welk was always there when we needed them to do their part. Our contractor, Trevor Howard, of Howard Construction, says all of their work was first rate.
