Almost every time I’ve tried to pick up a prescription here there’s been an issue. The pharmacy is clearly disorganized and the pharmacists themselves are often rude. If you they don’t lose or otherwise mess up your prescription, you can expect them to loudly vocalize its contents for all to hear while you wait to pick it up. I will still use the other services in this place now and then shopping, post office, but from now on I’m getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. This place just isn’t worth the trouble.

The service was much better when it was mostly Polish people working here. Went from refills done quickly to being lied to on the phone that my refill is ready for pick up. Why not just say it's not ready instead of wasting my time?

Would leave a 0 star if I could. very disappointed with my experience. The lady with the glasses pretended to scan my package and because I saw her scan it I didn’t ask for a receipt to confirm the drop off. I’m convinced later she stole my package and now because it was not scanned I am not able to get it covered. BE CAREFUL DROPPING PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION. Also will be switching over to freightcom. Canadaposr is unreliable for shipping packages.

I have had several frustrating experiences with certain staff working at the Canada Post located in this pharmacy over the years. They are unhelpful and challenging to deal with when trying to find the best postal solution. Most Canada post staff are courteous, thoughtful and helpful to finding efficient solutions to your needs. Not here!

Awful service. Called in to make sure a product was there because we drove out of the way. The rep said "I think so" over the phone even when I checked with him twice. Twice he said "I think so"... So okay we drove over there. Come to find out they don't actually have it. The least they could do like any other store is check for it and let us know. Don't waste your time going here.
