I purchased a Ram 1500 classic Warlock 2019 at Weedon Auto. Was very pleased the way I was served and guided in my purchase by the staff and my sales person Derek Roy. They don’t give you the run around ,everything is upfront and no bull. I do recommend this dealership .
I want to start off by saying I hesitated doing this review for a while because I wanted to give the dealer a chance to rectify the situation as the assured they would before papers were signed on the date of the purchase. I drove up from NB to QC My mistake and was told the car was in perfect condition with no issues - They even assured me that they looked everywhere and would disclose anything as I was driving up. Upon arrival it seems like somehow an ABS sensor issue appeared only 1 hour prior to my arrival and they tried covering it up by saying they were working on the rotors and cut the extension wire of the speed sensor which would in a normal case only cost a couple hundred to get fixed. The reality finds itself that they never cut the wire and it was indeed a failing bearing which Derek brought me to the mechanic who supposedly cut it by mistake and was happy to say it was only the wire and it was indeed a healthy bearing.nnOh I wish this was the only issues they did not disclose..nnI then proceeded to test drive and check the car throughout to discover the whole spoiler is cracked which was very obvious to the eye when your not looking from their camera or their photos.nnI was beginning to become skeptical of them which I then requested the « full inspection » papers which they handed over to me only 15 minutes later oddly enough. The papers were very throughout and seemed completed but unfortunately he do an inspection but withheld ALL of the issues and even claimed the car was street legal to MVI. Was indeed not upon arrival to NBnnThey had changed the oil prior to sale but were also not honest in telling me that the water pump had been failing and leaking for the past year. Any person with judgement removing the bottom panel to change the oil which they did would see this leaking.nnUpon arrival home I then discoverer they cleaned up the water in the trunk before sale to cover up the fact that the whole car was leaking water when outside and it was building up to the back seats. They would have to have known as the car being outside one day was enough to build water past the backup wheel and upon sale it was dry and they had it stored inside.nnThis brings me to my last thing - They mentioned changing the brakes and that they were « legal » as their mechanic knows what an MVI would require - Guess what , rotor and pads were both due and not legal anymore but they hid that by working on them a bit before my arrival.nnLong story short i’ve never left one negative review and I never plan on doing it again but please avoid this terrible and dishonest dealer at all cost. You could never trust one word out of their mouth and once the car is sold they disregard you and disconnect completely. Plenty of reputable dealers around surely - avoid going to this one which most likely only survived based on their new car sales which cover up their reviews and blindsided me to believing they were not dishonest and complete liars.
Very best friendly and as they say it is almost like a big family best dealership I have ever dealt with!!!
We have only had good service here and will continue to deal with them .
