This is not a place I would send someone unless they had a particular interest in tuna/sport fishing, or in the history of the Wedgeport area. It's a long drive, and not overly engaging for kids (at least mine).

Castle lake campground is a great place, friendly staff, received a free wines topper at the Wedge port museum. Friendly people in Wedge port, great visit.

Some of Wedgeport's famous heritage is preserved here. A place to visit for sure. A lot of people from around the globe came here to catch the biggest of game fishes. The TUNA.
