I have gotten fresh flowers from Weber's on Mackinac Island for years, but their exceptional customer service really shinned when recently I wanted flowers delivered to Mackinac Island in January. In less than an hour Jay and his staff put together a beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers at their St. Ignace store, delivered them to the Shepler's dock, transported them to the island and to their end location. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

DO NOT GET YOUR FLOWERS HERE! LOW QUALITY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my flowers for my wedding here. Tami was so nice and helpful when placing my order so I was very excited to see my flowers on my wedding day. Once my big day came the flowers were an hour late and my bouquet was dying! I ordered white lilies and the edges were brown! I had my aunt call to let them know that it was not exceptable and no one answered so she left a message. Obviously it was too late to return them anyways, but I wanted to let them know asap. I never received a call back about my complaint. I later find out that Jay (the owner) was at my wedding taking pictures of my flowers from a distance to prove they looked beautiful. Instead of confronting me about this at this time he acted like he was just there to take some pictures. He never introduced himself to me and never apologized for the quality of the flowers or the late delivery. After the wedding I called again since I was never returned a call and when I spoke with Jay he said that he remembered the flowers and they looked beautiful, he said that he had pictures of them. I said that I also had pictures of them and they were brown on all of the edges and tips. He said that he knew that but that is how they were delivered to him! He never once apologized for anything! He was very rude and defensive and kept interrupting me during our conversation. He said that he was NOT responsible for the late delivery since they outsource the delivery and he was not responsible for the quality of the flowers since that is how they were delivered to him. I said that it would of been nice to know ahead of time so I could of picked a different flower that they had fresh and in stock and he had no response for that. He did however give me a very low refund and said there was no way I was getting a full refund. I would of appreciated an apology more than anything, but instead I was given attitude and excusses.
