Staff and even the owner refuse to get off their stools to help you. We were looking at a side by side and they said they are outside, go look at them at let us know what you think. They refused to get up and show us the options on the machines. We've had the same issues trying to order parts. They said if you can get us the parts numbers we can try to order them. They won't even look up part numbers in their books.
The staff was very knowledgeable about there products, & were very helpful with any questions I asked.
Poor customer service to say the least.
