I’m really glad to have swimming facility for my daughter like WD Swim at Markham. The instructors are all caring, patient and wonderful with kids. And the support staff and supervisors are very professional and customer-centric. The facilities are generally clean only small complaint is the limited parking spaces. My daughter has progressed well swimming there.

We are pleased with the experience our children have had at WD Swim Markham. The facility is clean, and the staff and coaches are enthusiastic, diligent, and attentive to each child's needs. They consistently track our children's progress and provide detailed feedback, along with recommendations to address areas for improvement. We have noticed significant improvements in both their skills and confidence in the water in just a few months.
So far so good… my daughter just started and enjoying her lessons. Coaches are different every week and sometime it’s hit or miss with their teaching style. Will see how much progress my daughter makes in the next half year. They have promotions if we sign our kids up for semi or annual save some $. It’s easy to cancel and reschedule class their APP ! They take cash & cards for payments.nnOnly complain is class is too short …. They should do 45 mins especially group lessons.
It was a crowded place, but they managed to keep it reasonably organized. I attended private lessons with them, the coaches were caring. They took feedback seriously and addressed it promptly—a rare dedication indeed. Thank you, Natalie, and the entire team, you are all amazing!
