They unfairly denied my claim for compensation after the fact my employer harassed me and refused to accommodate my disabilities. Please note: The Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal is capable of addressing and applying the Human Rights code. Make sure you describe the issue and add the human rights code in your appeal application or they won't consider it. Also Constitutional questions can be addressed. Please read the Worksafebc Janet Patterson report, it may be useful to you. Take care.
Some reviews do not need words. Even people here working must be well aware they are corrupt and take instructions under the table from the high insurance premium paying employers of BC and act as spokesperson of WorkSafeBC. #corruption
Today I called Wcat and there is a someone named "Robin", who was not able to help me out with my request. After I asked her name, she started talking so weirdly. She purposely pronounced my name inappropriately. I asked her to connect me with her supervisor, she refused it. I called again and she didn't answer the phone. Who hired her! IDK I don't know why these people are still working, once they don't have basic skills of customer service!
0 Stars. This organization is evily corrupt beyond measure. Incompetent employees, and shady business happening behind the scenes. Disgusting.
