Wayne & Freda Cafe was the perfect spot to start our day. We had iced coffees, a matcha, and the bacon breakfast sandwiches, and everything was absolutely delicious. The drinks were refreshing, the sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.nnWhat really made the experience stand out was how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The staff created such a warm atmosphere, and the overall vibe of the cafe made us want to stay even longer. If you are looking for great coffee, delicious breakfast, and genuinely kind service, this is a place you will not want to miss. We will definitely be back.
Best coffee best atmosphere best locally curated shop in Penticton.nWayne and frieda's is a absolutely quality institution they have great baked goods healthy bowls and great sandwiches all made with fresh and somewhat local ingredients highly recommend the croissant.nnThe shop beside the coffee shop has curated gifts from local artisans and beautiful household wears. It's amazingly curated and worth the look for gifts that you can't find anywhere else.
Absolutely loved Wayne & Freda! Such a lovely café with a cozy vibe. It was busy, but you can tell why. I had a cortado, a latte, and the granola bowl from the breakfast menu, and everything was delicious. They also have a great variety of food and pastries. This was the first coffee shop I visited in Penticton, and it made my trip even more worth it. Definitely recommend!
We have been wanting to go to Penticton for coffee for a long time. Wayne & Freda's did not disappoint. It was packed with the opening weekend of the farmers market which was amazing. The line moved quickly the food was excellent and they had a great list of both food and drinks. What fun to go after we sat on the patio and enjoyed our breakfast to wander through their mercantile shop. Can't wait to go back and enjoy their patio it was such a fun energy and dog friendly.
A charming place for breakfast with a great vibe, just a short walk from the beach. Service was quick and friendly, seating was plentiful both inside and outside. Always like to support local businesses when travelling, Wayne & Freda did not disappoint.
