Wayland Bakery

I came here a few days ago after a couple of years. I got a bagel and it was absolutely delicious. It was a very good price. This place is affordable and the female cashier is so sweet and kind. I’ll be in again!

I requested that they make a cake shaped like a strawberry, and they seriously came through! looked amazing and delicious!

Great prices and such tasty pastries! I love getting a box of all the mini pastries as a gift for friends or the bags of cookies as a snack. They also have sandwiches I think but I haven’t tried them yet. The store is very small and cozy and the staff are friendly.

After an extensive internet-only search for a minced meat pie in the Providence-metro area I discovered Wayland Bakery. Was in the neighborhood and stopped in, placed the order, and picked it up when it was ready. Great tasting pie!

The caramel square is amazing. I also love their seeded baguette. Brownie was good, I like it more moist. Baklava was stale and disgusting. Hey, it can't all be good‍ but these 2 things are enough for me to keep going. Staff is also friendly.

I love this place! Friendly service, great coffee. Everything's good, but I'm addicted to the almond crescent cookies!
