The burgers were so good classic and rodeo!! However the fries were both cold and not crispy enough. Not too sure what happened there. I did hear this is a new place…. Maybe they will get better.
Solid Classic burger! Tasty Buffalo burger! We had take out but the ambience looked fun for a little date night too. Will surely come back and try a shakeFood: 4/5
Juicy burgers and friendly staff. Don't come expecting instantly fast food, cause they make it to order but the food comes out hot and tasty. I will come back again
A very nice clean well run burger joint. The staff were very friendly and on top of even clearing the empty baskets from the table and wiping it down when done. No forced tipping options and relaxed atmosphere. Little small inside but a very nice place all in all. The homemade fries were much better than most of the five guys franchises and the burgers juicy and care taken in making them look neat and tidy as opposed to slapped together haphazardly. Most definitely will come back when I'm in Cochrane again.
Always love trying new places that open in town when there already feels like what we have is limited and generic. Tried this place last weekend and it was GREAT! Very tasty food, ordering online was easy and food was still hot when I picked it up. Staff was incredibly friendly. Really loved the customization of the burgers and they have alot of options. Space is nice and open, plenty space to sit, as this place doesn't really peg me as a "sit down" place but more a "fancy fast food" place, so there is plenty for that need. We are defineitly adding this to our "treat yo self" roster!
Because this place has a separate fryer and Gluten free buns I was was anxious to try it out! I phoned ahead and ordered at 5:10pm and was told 10-15min. I arrived to a full place it’s quite small and had to wait in line to ask for my order only to see that they hadn’t even started on it. As I glanced around I saw other bored looking people all waiting as well. It seemed a little chaotic in the kitchen, cooks were scrambling and talking really loud to each other. I realize this is a new place and they maybe are not prepared for so many people at once but this is not a restaurant, it is an order at the counter type place, like A&W so waiting 20min to get my order of burger and fries is unacceptable. That being said, the food was awesome. Huge burger and ample fries. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star rating is the length of time I waited from the moment I ordered to when I received my food. Girls at the front were friendly and nice. I'm actually astonished by how bad the food was. The Philly cheesesteak was an unseasoned shredded steak sandwich with no onion, a slice of plastic cheese, and was cold. The chips were burnt and didn't even have the sea salt on them, and the tattertots were not nearly special enough to cost 5 dollars. Genuinely surprised at a restaurant to get away with food I'd expect from a second rate high school cafeteria. You'd be better off going to A&W or Wendy's at this point.
We went for dinner as we wanted to try it out. Staff was nice, however, the constant flow of staff coming to the table every few minutes no joke asking how everything was, was annoying, and grateful for when we were done so we could leave. The food was okay, all four of us felt flavour was lacking in the meals we ordered-the burger meat patty, chicken burger and cheese steak, the fries. We may try it again at some point after they get all the kinks of a new business worked out, but no plans to rush back.
I was really looking forward to this place when it opened, after trying it twice I am not excited about the burgers. I find them bland and flat with little flavour. As well, they have forgotten my toppings now twice. I do like their shakes and their sides are good prices
Been waiting for Cochrane to get a good burger place and Wayback does the trick! Delicious made to order burgers. Fries were crispy and fresh! And very reasonable price Friendly staff and clean washrooms. Will definitely make it a regular visit!
