TJ or CJ help me when I called. All the people there are really nice. They have a lot of tools to rent. I'm sure they have what you're looking for. They had the compactor that I needed to get my job done. I recommend coming here cuz they're polite and they're up front about the prices for rentals.

They don't know anything about chainsaws. Told my dad he needed his engine rebuild. The fly wheel key was sheared and the nut loose on the flywheel. New flywheel saw is fine, not a 300 dollar rebuild!!!

I have been using Wautoma rental Center for several years now, I have rented many different types of equipment also I have bought equipment from them and have never had a problem. the few times I had troubles they corrected the issue right away, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly. this is the kind of service I appreciate.

After returning my rental mini-excavator, I am very disappointed in my experience. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee! It is a piece of earth moving equipment. I was charged a $150 non-refundable deposit. We had 3-5" of rain in a week. Guess what? It's going to get muddy!!!!! They told me I should've taken to the car wash next door and washed it off. I'm pretty sure the car wash wouldn't have agreed. This is a reply to the response from Wautoma Rental. I didn't "borrow" the equipment. I rented it. Had you had a refundable deposit, I would have rescheduled my project. I do not feel that you understood that I just did not have the means to clean the excavator. Water under the bridge.

Husband rented a chipper. Unit was freshly serviced, clean, fueled and ready to run. The guys showed him how to use it, the safety devices and explained what number to call if there is an issue. Unit ran flawlessly. The guys at Wautoma Rental Center are top notch and so is their equipment. All at a fair price.
