Three separate issues over a 3 year span and they were all bad. The first was when they originally installed the water heater in my house the intake line was pinched eventually creating a whole that I had to fix with the correct length of line not pinched along with a shut off so didn't have to shut the water off to the whole house. Next the eater heater went out that they originally installed. It was less than a month after the warranty had expired so I understood I would be on the hook for it. I called them that night and told it would cost $1300 for the new tank plus installation. I said no then installed a better brand than what they were trying to sell me me for $600. The last straw was when I asked them for a simple opinion on an isue and after 8 phone calls and several emails I was jerked around, lied to, told it was going to cost $130 for a half hours worth of work they could do from their desk chair, given wrong information about the issue, and resolved nothing after it was 2 days to late. I gave one star because one of the receptionist was pleasant to talk to.

Hands down best plumbing company out there!! Phenomenal work ethic and costumer service.. My family and friends only have one phone number from now on.

I've been calling WaterWays for years to help with problems. They've handled my remodel in my personal home, helped dozens of friends and countless clients over the years. Plus, they have the nicest showroom North of the River.
