Once again we had an amazing experience with Honda Waterloo. Jorge welcomes my family every time we enter the building, if we are there to get service done or if its time to talk about a new vehicle. He is so great to deal with. From the very first time we met him and bought our first Honda vehicle, he treated us amazing and really made us feel comfortable to ask questions and look at the different vehicles he had to offer. We have now purchased three vehicles from him, because his amazing service is what keeps bringing us back to Honda Waterloo. During the process of leasing my 2016 Civic, I never once felt like I was being sold anything I did not need or want. Can you find other dealerships in town... Sure, they exist. I'm not here to debate the existence of multiple dealerships. SHOULD you start & end with Waterloo Honda as your trusted dealer for quality and peace of mind on the road? Yes. Definitively.

I bought a vehicle at this dealership in 2014 and had a pleasant sales experience. In my opinion, however, their service department has left a lot to be desired: 1. They typically book appointments 2+ weeks in advance; this is unlike a number of other dealers in town, and can pose a real challenge when trying to get a major problem resolved quickly. 2. On multiple occasions, the service department would tell me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, only for me to discover that they’d fixed 1 out of the 3 things for which I’d brought it in. This is very frustrating and wastes time for everyone because of the repetitive pattern of booking & bringing it back, until all issues are addressed. 3. Their shuttles are extremely slow (compared with other dealers), and I’ve never been offered a rental car for warranty service. 4. The service staff tend to be dismissive of customer issues. I’m not sure if this is specific to this dealership, or if it’s Honda’s wider philosophical approach. In my case, my 2015 CRV was suffering from a severe vibration issue — Waterloo Honda insisted over the course of 1 year that the vibration didn’t exist. Then one day, after a routine oil change, they asked me if I had any other concerns with the car, I reexplained the vibration issue, and they told me that a fix was available. What’s frustrating about this last point is that they weren’t forthcoming with the fix — they didn’t try to keep me in the loop, despite the fact that this was a topic which I’d brought up with the department on multiple occasions. If I hadn’t kept mentioning the vibration at each service appointment, it’s unlikely that Waterloo Honda would have volunteered any information or remedies. When I was finally able to bring the car in to be “fixed” for the vibration, they would only fix 1 of the steps at each visit rather than applying all repairs in one visit. I ended up having to bring the car in 3 times because they “forgot to order a part”, and “they thought that I would want my car back by the end of the day” — no, I wanted the car to be fixed completely, not to have to keep bringing it back in. All told, this will probably be the last Honda that I own — the car itself is fine, but the service is a source of frustration & unhappiness.

could not explain how appreciated I am from the selling experience. The whole experience at the dealership was very nice and comfortable. They understand customer needs and do not upsell products. The dealership has the highest degree of integrity from every salesperson. I really appreciate Jorge for the great service and recommendations for buying a new vehicle and will always come back to Waterloo Honda even though I live in Toronto and have bunch of dealerships in Toronto Area. Thank you again.

Had a really great experience here, twice now. Last year with hubby's car purchase and again this month with my own. Highly recommend dealing with Ming Ge for sales. He's blunt, honest, and laughs a lot. Really relaxed and you don't feel obligated to buy immediately. Great at answering emails quickly and following up. Catered to my little kiddies when they were there as well. Looking forward to a long car-relationship with Waterloo Honda.
