Just finished my amazing experience at Waterloo Honda! What a fantastic experience it was to purchase a new car from here the staff were honest and extremely friendly! My sales rep Abel was awesome it was an absolute pleasure to be his first customer and his first sale. It sure didn't feel like his first sale he is very knowledgeable and very helpful with the car and making me feel confident in my purchase! I would highly recommend Abel to anyone looking to purchase a new car he delivered and went above and beyond! I would also highly recommend this dealership felt great to finally have a dealership I can trust!!

I’ve been visiting Waterloo Honda since 2019 and so far I have been very satisfied until a recent event where I felt I’ve been ripped off. It was last week when I took my car for inspection as the engine light was on. The service rep told me that they’ll need to inspect and will share their findings. I got a call after a few hours outlining my engine harness has been chewed off from a spot resulting in the issue. They suggested I get it repaired instead of getting it replaced as it would cost me less to get it repair, so I agreed. An hour later I received a call that my car has been fixed. Upon arrival I was presented with the bill which had a labor charge of approx $235 for harness repairing. So I checked with the rep again asking that I am already paying $150 for inspection and on top of that I have to pay $235 worth of labor charges for 1 hour of job? and he said that yeah there is nothing he can do to help. At this point it was hard for me to believe that a 1 hour repairing job on a cable would cost $235. I checked with a few repairing shops afterwards and got to know, that If I get my car inspected and fixed from the same place, they won’t charge me double, i.e. for both inspection and repairing. Knowing this, I don’t feel comfortable anymore visiting Waterloo Honda again.
