Having the waterfront in the middle of the city makes North Bay unique in Ontario. The path and lawns are well kept and lead right to the beaches. I’ve spent so much time on the shores of lake Nipissing, but never truly appreciated the beauty it offers until my most recent visit to the area. If you’re in the area, it’s something to add to your itinerary.
Beautiful sunsets and water activities can be enjoyed at this beach during summer
I love that I was able to drive my car down the dock still! It's been 30 years since I was last on this dock, and I thought it would all be sealed off and inaccessible now. It was extremely nostalgic visiting, and at 9:00 a.m. on a Wednesday morning I was the only one there! I'm so glad to see it at North Bay has kept this part of the city going!
Very lovely and family friendly
I love the waterfront. I proposed to my girl there so it will always hold a special place in my heart. Plus the sunset is always great to watch from there.
