Dr. Hallett is wonderful doctor! She’s incredibly attentive and compassionate. She is thorough, and takes the time to ensure you’re comfortable with the course of action. I could not be more appreciative of her support. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hallett!
I can not recommend Dr. Hallett. We came to her for two issues, the first, we had to push hard for action and to be referred to a secondary specialist - who is now taking care of the issue. Our second, with a recent appointment, was a regurgitation of the first. Everything was generalized with no focus on the patient herself. Dr. Hallett didn't know anything about her history and even called out the wrong name. Our wait for appointments has taken MONTHS, requiring our family doctor and myself to follow-up.
The physician was very thorough and kind. No complaints about her. However, the receptionist Andre was not easy to deal with. Every time I requested a prescription refill, which was well in advance, was never done, then when I would call about it he was argumentative. Not fun to deal with when your child needs their medication. No longer going there because of him
My initial dealings with Dr. Hallett make it quite clear that she cares more about digging as deep as possible to find solutions for her patients rather than throwing medication at a problem. She spent more time, continuing to probe further, asking the right questions to find the best course of action and next steps. Dr. Hallett truly has a far deeper, caring approach compared to what our family has experienced. I hope this trend continues and highly recommend any family dealing with mental illness to contact her for a consultation.
Dr Thompson is a very compassionate and caring physician. She is very attentive and always takes the time needed to explain everything thoroughly. We never feel rushed. She is a brilliant physician who takes the best care of her patients.
We were referred by our general Dr. They got us in with in 2 days. We came in very nervous about a finding with my daughter. Dr. Thompson and her intern Dr. Andrea were amazing so kind and very thorough. Explained many things to us and made me and my daughter feel less nervous. I would deffinately recommend them.
Physicians are very thoughtful and caring. Operationally speaking this place needs a lot more work. Not answering phones and limited times at that and not being able to leave voicemails does not make for good communication between this office and its patients. The website may offer the ability to send a message to staff but they also don't respond to these either. How on earth do you run a clinic if you can't communicate with your patients?
I found she really takes her time. With her patients. And explains everything throughly. So you understand.
does this help/medicate trans kids? or am i just being sent to therapy.
