Great work on the vehicle, inside and out. They took care of a not-at-fault collision where the other person's insurance picked up the substantial cost of repairs. Staff were friendly, professional, quick to respond to calls/emails. Very good work, did what they said at the price they quoted, but yeah, expensive. Maybe this was the industry standard in terms of repair costs?

Walked in to get an estimate, walked out with some great and honest advice of why it didn't make sense to get the work done in my scenario. They could have easily taken my money, but instead were looking out for my best interest. I appreciate that. Brandon is a class act, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Thank you.

I want to thank Brandon and everyone involved in my recent repairs. Every part of the process was performed with the most professional service and quality of work. AND I felt like I was driving a new car when I left, it was cleaned so well! I would prefer to give you 5 stars ++.

From my first estimate to the call that my car was ready, I was treated like gold. Felt special even though this is their business- they serve tons of customers. Most importantly, my car, with fairly significant body scratch damage, upon pickup looked better than when I first drove it off the dealership lot. Will happily recommend Waterdown Collision!
